I am trained in Brainspotting which utilizes your eye position to access the part of your brain where trauma and emotional memories are stored. It is a non-invasive treatment that is ideal for processing trauma, reducing reactions to your triggers, working through anxiety, and many more mental health issues.

Intensive sessions help individuals gain symptom relief and healing more quickly, due to the focused nature of the treatment. Intensive sessions are a minimum of two hours, but can go longer depending on the need.
